Aslı Ayben Özdemir was born in 2001 in Istanbul, Turkey. At the age of 4 with her mother pianist Zümrüt Alieva’s, she started her piano training and participated in class concerts. At the age of 7, she started her violin training at Istanbul University State Conservatory with Prof. Zülfiye Seçkin.
Her first orchestral experience was realized in 2010 with the Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Naci Özgüç. In October 2013, she participated in the XXXVIII International Violin Competition “Prof. Nedyalka Simeonova” and won the second prize in the first group. In the same year, she joined the Doğuş Children’s Symphony Orchestra under Rengim Gökmen’s conduct and actively participated in their various projects and concerts till 2016. In 2014-2015 academic year, she graduated with honors with the secondary degree from Istanbul University State Conservatory.
In September 2014, she participated in the XVIII International Young Musicians Dobrich
Competition in Bulgaria where she won the second prize in the Category 1 Group B (no first prize was awarded at that competition). Right after that competition, within the AkSanat Festival and IKSV Festival, she gave concerts under the title “Young Talents”. In March 2015, in Sofia, Bulgaria, she participated in the XI International Competition “Young Virtuosos”.
Starting from 2015, she toured in Turkish National Youth Philharmonic Orchestra under Cem Mansur’s conduct in such countries as Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany and participated in multiple music festivals, such as “Young Euro Classic”, “Lisbon Festival”, and “Alicante Festival”. During that time, she did some orchestra work with Yannos Margaziotis and Ksenija Zecevic. In February 2016, in Istanbul, she was awarded the first prize in the Yamaha Music Competition for Strings Instruments.
In the 2016-2017 season, she served as a concertmaster in the Leyla Gencer Symphony
Orchestra under Stefano Mazzoleni’s conduct. In 2017, she gave a concert at the XXI International Classical Music Festival in Cyprus. Next year, she gave a concert at the XVII Afyonkarahisar Classical Music Festival. She attended master classes of Olga Martinova and Gilles Apap and gave concerts together with them. In 2017-2018 season, she served as a concertmaster in the 100th Anniversary of Istanbul University Symphony Orchestra of Istanbul State Conservatory as well as in the concerts of 2018-2019. She also performed in Fazıl Say Festival Orchestra.
In March 2018, alongside with the participants from 34 countries, she participated in “International Arthur Grumiaux Competition for Young Violinists” held in Belgium. At the same time, she gave a concert within the “Shining Stars” series of İş Sanat. In July, following the invitation received, she performed as the 2nd violins leader of group in the concerts of Slovak Youth Symphony Orchestra in Slovakia. She also gave chamber music concerts within Konvergencie Festival with such musicians as Igor Karsko, Nora Skuta, and Juray Tomka. In August 2018, working with Professor Mark Gothoni, she gave a concert within “Internationale Sommerakademie Bad Leonfelden” in Austria.
In 2019, she served as a concertmaster in “Turkish National Youth Philharmonic Orchestra” under Cem Mansur’s conduct in such festivals as “Palermo Festival” in Italy and “Young Euro Classic” at the Konzerthaus Berlin, Germany. She graduated with an Honors high school degree from the Istanbul University State Conservatory. She will tour as a concertmaster in the Palermo Classic Symphony Orchestra for the festival in Palermo.
She participates as a guest artist in the concerts for Lucerne Sinfonietta, Junge Philarmonie
Zentralschweiz, Fazıl Say Festival Orchestra, CRR Symphony Orchestra, Eurasia Philharmonic Orchestra, TRT Philharmonic Orchestra, and Camerata Saygun.
Currently, she continues her education in Igor Karsko’s class in “Hochschule Luzern Musik” in Switzerland, actively participates in concerts in Turkey and abroad, and is a member of “Yörsiad Quartet”.

 

 

Marina Vasilyeva wurde 1990 in Nizhny Novgorod (Russland) geboren. Sie begann im Alter von sechs Jahren Klavier zu spielen und erhielt ihren ersten Unterricht bei Irina und Sergej Nazarov.

Noch in Kindesjahren nahm sie an verschiedenen Wettbewerben teil und wurde bei zahlreichen als Preisträgerin gekrönt. 2012 erhielt sie das “Stipendium des Präsidenten der Russischen Föderation für die Ausbildung im Ausland” und absolvierte die Aufnahmeprüfung für das Bachelor-Studium an der Hochschule Luzern Musik beim Professor Konstantin Lifschitz. Im Februar 2020 schliesst sie Solo Performance Studium mit Auszeichnung ebenfalls in Luzern ab.

Sie tritt regelmässig sowohl als Solistin als auch mit Kammermusikensembles in der Schweiz, Österreich, Deutschland, Italien, Russland, Serbien, Tschechien und USA auf. Seit ihrem Aufenthalt in der Schweiz wurde Marina eingeladen in verschiedenen Konzertreihen aufzutreten: „Beflügelt” (Küssnacht am Rigi), “Pianolounge Aarau”,”Pianostreet” (Aarau), “Kulturverein Meggen”, “Klassik im Rüden (Schaffhausen),“Fragart” (Solothurn), “Musikmeister” (Schaffhausen), “Kulturelle Begegnungen“ (Schaffhausen), “Musiktage Dornegg”, “Top Klassik Zürcher Oberland”.  Marina hat an verschiedenen Meisterkursen teilgenommen: Andreas Haefliger, Robert Levin, Valery Sokolov, Hämisch Miln, Leon Fleischer, Eliso Virsaladze, Igor Tschetuev, Werner Bärtschi, Homero Francesch, Alexandar Madzar, Valery Grokhovsky.

Sie ist die künstlerische Leiterin und eine der Solisten der Konzertreihe “Vierwaldstätter Konzerte” in Luzern www.wvsk.ch.

Zusammen mit dem Gitarristen Valéry Burot tritt sie als Sängerin in dem “Duo Strela” auf.
